Scott handles personal injury, workers' compensation, and social security disability matters, among others.
He is an active member of the Baltimore County Bar Association and is the former Chair of the Lawyer Referral Committee and writes occasional articles for The Advocate, the Baltimore County Bar Association newsletter. He is also a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Maryland Association for Justice.
For more than 20 years, Scott has been a member of the J. He was honored by that organization as Pupil of the Year in 1992-1993. He has also participated in mock appellate arguments, mock arbitrations, and other presentations at the Inn. Mr. Scherr has also lectured on topics relating to handling personal injury cases at the Nuts and Bolts of Civil Practice in the District Court for Baltimore City seminar sponsored by the Young Lawyer's Division of the Bar Association of Baltimore City.
